To Place an Order:

  • Online: Register or Login to your account with us here. If you are a wholesale client please contact info@givegivens.com to have an account created for you.
  • By Fax: Our fax number is 510-439-3805. If you are revising an existing order via fax, please do not resend the whole order or it will cause duplication.
  • Via Email: Orders may be emailed to us at info@givegivens.com

Corporate Orders: 

Corporate orders are our specialty! We offer numerous ways to brand or personalize your gift selections. For more information on personalizing your gift(s) please email us at: info@givegivens.com. For orders with multiple recipients and various addresses, you can click here (coming soon) and download an Excel template to submit your gift list. The template is simple to fill out, and allows you to have varying items, quantities, and gift messages for each recipient on your list. Please email the completed spreadsheet to info@givegivens.com.

By Credit Card: GiveGivens.com accepts payment through all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
By Check or Money Order: We accept personal and company checks only with pre-approved credit. Please mail your check with your order and complete information including your phone number and e-mail address to:

We process all orders Monday through Friday with a regular daily (M-F) cutoff of 1:00 PM PST to provide the best possible service for you and your customers.  Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and time in transit is 1-5 shipping days depending upon your destination.  All gifts are F.O.B. our Northern California production facility.

*Please note that shipping days are business days and do not include weekends.

 

Third Party Shipping
We can ship third party FedEx or UPS on a provided account number.  A small handling fee of $2.95 - $4.95 applies to cover the costs of the shipping box and packaging materials.  Please contact your sales representative for more details.

 

Same Day Shipping
Orders placed by 12pm PST (3pm EST) Monday-Friday, will ship the same day unless you provide a future ship date. Orders placed after 12pm PST, Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day.  Givens & Company does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

Please note: there are more specific shipping schedules and deadlines for chocolate, fresh fruit, and other select items that will be noted on the product close-up page for each product. The above shipping schedule may not apply in all cases and is subject to change.

 

International Shipping, P.O. Boxes, and APO / FPO Shipping
We are unable to ship internationally or to APO, FPO, and PO boxes.

 

Wine Shipments
Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine may not be shipped to the following states:

Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Utah

*An adult signature (over 21) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address wherever possible to insure timely delivery.
